Hair care in winters.
use banana mask...
use curd mask...
use fullers earth mask....

DO YOU REALLY? i dont. I CANT. Its cold and i dont want to apply cold mask on my head and wait for it to dry and then wash for an eternity to get the last of it out. DOESNT WORK FOR ME.
i do put the cold masks on my head in the spa and then wait while i get a pedi done or mani and then have someone wash it for a long long time...but given my work schedule i skip that too sometimes...

YET my hair is great in winters too..smooth...nourished...glossy.

here comes the big tip!

Powder- 25 gms fenugreek, liqourice
200gms of ginger and 3 large lemons- juice- i run them in them in the mixer-all parts intact- and then extract the juice
Crush big generous handful of margossa leaves, curry putta leaves, moringa leaves-- blender / mixer at high speed with  juice of lemon and ginger

warm up the oil that you use- coconut, olive, mustard...do not get to smoking.....just warm and dunk all of the above in and store.
For use- stir, pour, warm, apply in circulation motion with finger tips on the scalp, covering the entire scalp.
this potion works cause ITS EASY TO MAKE ( of course or we wouldnt be featuring it) maintains PH balance for healthy hair.

no travel once i am super relaxed
no fuss to rush for a bath...i soak in the oils as long as i wish

whats even better before a massage is a great, fresh exfoliating scrub.
make yours!
2 oranges / mandarin
fine sugar
salt
4 tbsp Jojoba oil
Crush the oranges in a mixer, yes all of it!!! every part of it is too good to be wasted.
the juice energizes
the peel helps clear pigmentation
the fiber adds to the scrub

mix orange and oil and add sugar and salt till the scrub is like wet sand! presto.

Tip: if you are prone to break outs go for more salt as opposed to sugar.
